Where professionals usually use it
Client-facing scheduling without calendar exposure
Share a few proposed times, keep the process professional, and avoid sending a booking link when the meeting still depends on group availability.
Internal coordination that does not live in Slack forever
Use one decision-making link instead of scattered replies, reactions, and “what about Thursday?” follow-ups.
A lightweight option before you need full workflow automation
WhenWorks works best when you need to settle on a time quickly, not replace your entire sales, recruiting, or CRM stack.
Common questions
Do participants need to create an account to vote?
No. That's the whole point. Your teammates or clients just click the link and mark their availability. No passwords, no email verification, no friction. You create the poll — everyone else just votes.
Does WhenWorks connect to Google Calendar or Outlook?
You can create a poll without connecting any calendar at all. If you want a lightweight process, just enter the times manually. Pro users can also connect calendar tools for follow-through after the poll is finalized.
How is WhenWorks different from Calendly?
Calendly is designed for 1:1 booking where someone books a slot on your calendar. WhenWorks is built for group scheduling — finding a time that works for multiple people. No calendar sync needed, no paid plan required, and respondents never need an account.
Is WhenWorks actually free?
Yes. The free tier includes up to 3 polls per month with unlimited responses per poll — no credit card required. If you need unlimited polls, Pro is $6/month. No enterprise plan required for basic team scheduling.
